We are two full time working moms who wanted to bring our love for wellness to the White Lake community. Thanks to the support of our hubbies, littles, friends and other local small businesses we made our dream come true with Renew You Fitness Studio & Boutique.

We have a great team and amazing staff allowing us to offer a variety of classes. All walks of life and all fitness levels are welcome at our studio.​​ We understand starting a wellness routine and showing up can be the hardest part. We have done our best to create a welcoming space. So stop in for a visit, and we will take care of the rest.

Group Fitness Classes
Starting a journey or continuing a journey, we offer a variety of group fitness classes. Our passionate and fun trainers will guide and support you. We offer base and progressed instruction to ensure all fitness levels get their best work out in all our classes.
