Welcome to the Studio
We provide all of the equipment and motivation to keep you going. *Some sessions are better barefoot (yoga/barre), but if you prefer to wear shoes, please note that outdoor shoes are not permitted on the studio floor*

Yoga
We offer a variety of Yoga practices guided by certified teachers. ​
Gentle Yoga
Great for beginners or anyone looking to create space in the body for healing. ​
Power Yoga
A faster vinyasa flow aimed to enhance your strength and flexibility. Sometimes we like to sprinkle in a little Pilates with this session.​
Yin Yoga
Focuses on holding supported poses for extended periods.
Yoga for All
A foundational flow great for everyone.
Vin Yin Yoga
A combination practice for the best of both worlds.
Stretch Yoga
Wrap up your week of workouts by stretching all those much deserving muscles in this deep stretch practice.

Group Fitness
Holy HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sure to deliver results. This intermediate level total body circuit training is a great way to get in shape! This interval training class incorporates several rounds that alternate between high intensity cardio and low intensity strength moves.
​Pilates Fusion
Feel the burn in this all levels, low impact, total body workout. This mat Pilates class helps build a strong balanced body and increases flexibility with a focus on core. This low impact workout is easy on the joints but sure to deliver results.​
Boot Camp
This class has a little bit of everything. Weights, suspension training, and body resistance moves, strength and some cardio. You will be sure to work up a sweat as you move through stations using dumbbells, battle ropes, suspension straps, resistance bands, medicine ball, and more.​
Lower Body Burn
Strength training below the belt. Mind muscle connection using dumbbells to take yourself to the next level. ​
Upper Body Burn
Tone, define, or build your upper body. A variety of weights can used depending on your goals and you will see results.​
Strong
Think kickboxing to the beat. This intermediate class is sure to get results by combining total body weight, muscle conditioning cardio, plyometric training, and kickboxing moves for a fun workout all to the beat of music. If you want to feel like a boss, this class is for you.​
Barre
Balance and strength combine in this low impact routine. Targeting specific areas for sure results. Great for all levels.​
DRUMFIT
Dynamic cardio that combines drumming and music. Adaptable to high or low intensity and impact.​ ​​​​​
